Waiting on Wednesday (#69)

"Waiting on" Wednesday is a weekly event hosted by Breaking the Spine that spotlights upcoming releases.

Expected publication: May 5th 2015 by Bloomsbury Children's

When 19-year-old huntress Feyre kills a wolf in the woods, a beast-like creature arrives to demand retribution for it. Dragged to a treacherous magical land she only knows about from legends, Feyre discovers that her captor is not an animal, but Tamlin—one of the lethal, immortal faeries who once ruled their world.

As she dwells on his estate, her feelings for Tamlin transform from icy hostility into a fiery passion that burns through every lie and warning she's been told about the beautiful, dangerous world of the Fae. But an ancient, wicked shadow over the faerie lands is growing, and Feyre must find a way to stop it ... or doom Tamlin—and his world—forever

It's so pretty! Can I have it now? Please? Pretty please? I'll be nice to people until Throne of Glass #4 comes out. Or at least until the New Year, come on, Throne of Glass #4 is a long time, shhhh. ;)

What're you waiting on?

    1. I think she said with the cover reveal that if all goes to plan it still should be out next year, so let's hope it does! :)

  6. Yes, yes, yes, YES!! I can't wait for A Crown of Thorns and Roses :D And I agree with what Britt said - I really hope it doesn't delay the Throne of Glass series!! I need to read both CoM and HoF! Both are on my bookshelf, I just need to get around to reading them. But... delaying a little time until #4 is released might be a good idea! Oh who am I kidding, once I start reading CoM, I won't be able to stop!

    1. Yeah, you won't, seriously. I had only planned on reading Throne of Glass to see if I liked it or not, and then read the whole series when it was finished, but NEEDED to keep reading, and now I've run out. :( Well, I still have The Assassins Blade, but I'm keeping that for when I need a fix. ;)

  18. Such a pretty cover! And I really need to read the Throne of Glass series. I'm hoping I'll love them! So I guess the longer I wait to read Ms. Maas' books, the more I will have to binge read at one time. ;) I hope you enjoy it!

  19. I saw you posted on someone else's blog about featuring this one last week ...and since I'm obsessed with all things Maas AND featured this one last week too, I hopped on over :) Fantastic pick, I can NOT wait to read it! Hopefully it eases our pain (a bit) as we wait for ToG4 haha

We seem to like a lot of the same books, so I went ahead and followed via GFC, Bloglovin' and NB :) Cheers!
